AiDash and National Grid Speaking at UAA Trees and Utilities

AiDash and National Grid will speak on using satellite technology and better vegetation management practices at the Utility Arborist Association’s (UAA) Trees and Utilities conference in Minneapolis, Minn., on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at 2:05 PM (CT). 

 

The conference, which runs Oct. 26–28, focuses on bringing utility vegetation managers and urban forestry professionals together to discuss and learn about topics like vegetation management (VM) trends, environmental concerns, and VM best practices.

AiDash’s Senior Manager of Customer Success, Jordan Jozak, will be joined by National Grid’s Product Lead, Digital Transformation, Toren O’Leary, and Manager of Vegetation Strategy and Reliability Analytics, Bertram Stewart. The group will deliver a talk entitled “Enhancing Reliability, Community & Results: Satellite Technology & Digital Optimization,” on Oct. 27, at 2:05 PM (CT).

 

During this session, they’ll discuss how National Grid uses satellite technology in their digital workflow to increase reliability, optimize vegetation management expenditures, and enhance community relations. The use of satellite analytics is part of National Grid’s Electric and Digital Acceleration teams, led by David Cardoza, David Smith, Andi Karaboutis, Anil Podduturi, and Nicholas Maiello.
