Glenn Anderson

Project Lead
Wendling Beck Environmental Project

Glenn Anderson is a 5th generation farmer originally from Cambridgeshire. After moving to Norfolk in 1999 he has been the driving force of the Wendling Beck Environment Project, a farmer-led, landscape-scale nature recovery project, covering almost 2000 acres near Dereham. The project will deliver biodiversity net gain, nutrient neutrality, store carbon and provide natural flood management solutions to local assets, alongside regenerative agriculture.
Glenn is passionate about the contribution farming could play in helping to combat climate change, reverse biodiversity loss and the potential for social impact through community engagement and shared learning. He hopes that by delivering success with Wendling Beck, it will create a model that can be scaled and replicated by other landowners and, in turn, drive real change in our countryside.
