David Anderson is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Xavier University of Louisiana, where he also serves as a statistical consultant at the university’s RCMI Program in Biostatistics. He received his B.S. in Mathematics from Yale University in 1999, his M.S. in Statistics from University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2002, and his Ph.D. in Statistics from Purdue University in 2008. Over his more than 15 years as an applied statistician and statistical consultant, Anderson has worked with researchers across industries, from medicine to soil science. He has also coauthored various publications on topics ranging from cancer research to soil drainage and internet traffic.
