Dave has over 30 years with Avista working in both distribution and transmission design and operations. He served as operating representative to the Western Energy Coordinating Council (WECC) and the Northwest Power Pool (NWPP) and was instrumental in the power reserves sharing agreement that exists between northwest utilities. Currently, Dave leads Avista’s wildfire resiliency and mitigation programs protecting lives, property, and infrastructure from the threat of wildfire.
