Barret Ewing is the Director of Engineering and Operations at Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative, where he is responsible for directing the engineering, construction, operations, ROW, and maintenance functions of AVECC’s electric distribution, fiber smart-grid communication system, and FTTH infrastructure. AVECC’s distribution system spans 6,600 miles and covers 14 counties in Arkansas and Oklahoma, it reaches over 60,000 meters.
